Terms of Service

GENERAL▶ Must be 18+ to be able to commission me
▶ Proper references must be available. NO TEXT DESCRIPTION.
▶ Feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions or concerns.
Please keep in mind that I most likely will not answer if it has nothing to do with business. It is no offence to anyone who would like to chat with me, I would just like to keep things in order and not lose any important information from paying customers.
▶ I have the right to decline an order.
▶ I will have the right to post Commissioned art on my sites by default [ You can request that I do not post or take down posts of your commissioned art ]
▶ I have the right to have proper credit on my Art.
▶ If you failed to give me proper references or information, I have the right to decline revision requests without extra payment.
▶ I will not accept orders that involves me editing/coloring or tracing someone else's art.PAYMENTS▶ Payment is upfront, your name will be added to the queue as soon as payment is received.
▶ Work in Progress (W.I.P)

▶ Partial payments are available only to orders over $200usd.REVISIONS
▶ You are allowed to ask for revisions twice, anything beyond that will cost extra depending on what needs to be revised.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▶ Regular commissions will take 2 - 4 weeks to complete [ Unless stated otherwise by the artist ]
▶ If you have a deadline, please inform me. Rush fees of +15% of the base price may applyUSE▶ You are allowed to use commissioned art for your social media, youtube or signs.
▶ Commercial use will be discussed between artist and client
▶ Only you, the commissioner, are allowed to ask for a SAI/PSD file. But please be informed that all you will find is references, sketches and the fully rendered commission and background in layers. Plain lineart will not be available to you.
▶ You are not allowed to heavily edit, or trace my art.REFUNDS▶ Refunds available if...
